SP II

Built for high volume coffee shops, the SP II Special Performance exhibits quality and efficiency – cup by cup, a perfectly clean taste. It is a heavy-duty doserless grinder that can handle up to 5 - 6 kg per day easily.

Programmable Settings

Programming is quick, easy, and accurate with the multifunction control unit. It gives you a high level of control in getting the perfect setting for your aromatic espresso single and double shots. You can increase or decrease the grinding time by 1/10 of a second. The LCD display allows you to see the settings clearly.

Grind On Demand

The SP II is equipped with the grind on demand principle for hands-free operation. The START/STOP function will be activated automatically when inserting the portafilter underneath the spout and the freshly ground portion grinds directly into it.. The timed dosing can be interrupted midway to allow you to sweep and level the grind then pick up where you left off to finish off the cycle.

Barista Mode

You also have the option to run the grinder manually by pushing the Barista Mode switch. You can use this function to dose manually or run the grinder in case the electronic controls are down.

Stepless Worm Gear Adjustment

The SP II features a stepless worm gear adjustment that provides greater precision and control on setting the grind degree required. This ensures consistent and exact dosing for a constant pour time and perfect taste in the cup.

The SP II boasts of large 75 mm burrs that are titanium coated for minimal wear and tear. They have a life span of 400,000 cups before they are replaced. The default grinding time for a single espresso is 2.5 seconds while a double dose has a grinding time of 4.5 seconds.

The bean hopper has a big capacity of 2 kgs.

Dual Fan Cooling System

The SP II also features a dual fan system to cool down the internal temperature of the grinder so it can handle high daily workloads without the negative effect of heat and humidity, protecting the aroma of your coffee beans.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Many of our machines are tested before being shipped out, per the industry standard. Your order may have water leakage, fingerprints, and other signs of light usage due to testing. These do not count as damages and are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, these are not refurbished machines, unless otherwise noted.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item, and need to provide a valid tracking number. Please reach out to us to see if an exchange is possible. 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are up to the sole discretion of the manufacturer and Cafe Last.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please note there is a 15-25% restocking fee plus all other charges incurred in the order process by us (such as freight to and from, service/installation, or any other costs that are similar) for all refunds depending on manufacturer.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
