Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  

If your item(s) are available, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. We ship using FedEx and UPS for home orders, and specialty lines for commercial orders.

If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@cafelast.com.

Shipping Times

Shipping to the lower 48 usually takes between 3 to 5 business days but you should allow 3 to 10 business days depending on carrier used and delivery location.

Shipping time will vary for pre-orders, depending on the brand you purchase.

Free Shipping

For a limited time, we are running a promotion for free shipping on all orders. This promotion is only applicable to the continental US, meaning it excludes Hawaii, Alaska, or any other US territories.  

We will do our best to cover as much of the shipping costs as we can to these areas, but please note that we may not be able to complete the transaction without an additional payment. Please contact support@cafelast.com if you have any questions.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please note that most of our machines are tested before being shipped out. If you receive a product that appears to have water residue or any other signs of light use, it is not a refurbished machine (unless otherwise noted before sale), it has been tested to ensure it is working properly.

This is an industry standard and does not count as damaged. It is not eligible for refunds. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to support@cafelast.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
