Warranty, Refund, & Return Policy
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.
We work with manufacturers in different locations to ensure you always have the best offers and the lowest prices. This means sometimes you'll have to wait a little longer to get your order but it's always worth it!
Note: If your order has not arrived in 5-7 business days please reach out to us and we'll get back to you with tracking information ASAP. Complimentary accessories may take 5-10 business days.
Almost all machines come with a free, 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us at 1-888-908-2875 if you have any questions regarding warranty for your specific machine.
The warranty covers manufacturer defects and does not cover general wear and tear (grinder burrs, plastic parts, filters, gaskets, etc). The warranty is voided by not using a proper water filter which may cause water or scale build-up damage to the machine. It is also voided by Acts of God (floods, fire, weather), using the product outside its intended use (for example, using home machines in a commercial setting or vice versa), and by not performing necessary maintenance, preventative maintenance, faulty installations, power surges or shortages, shipping damage, or external factors causing damage.
Repairs done outside of Cafe Last's service network and without approval violate the warranty, and Cafe Last will not be held responsible for any charges incurred.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item, and need to provide a valid tracking number. Please reach out to us to see if an exchange is possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You have 7 days from delivery to issue a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please note there is a 15-25% restocking fee plus all other charges incurred in the order process by us (such as freight to and from, service/installation, or any other costs that are similar) for all refunds depending on the manufacturer.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, usually 3-5 business days. Please contact us if you have been issued a refund and you have not received your funds after this time period.
Please note there are no returns for any commercial equipment. All sales are final. Most machines have a 12 month limited warranty - please check the manufacturers guidelines for specific details.

Please note that depending on the time and date of your order, the shipment may have already been sent out, in which case please view our return policy.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-888-908-2875 as soon as possible. There is a 3.65% cancellation fee on all orders. No exceptions.
For special order items, cancellations may or may not be accepted after the order is placed. If cancellations are accepted, then the cancellation terms or cancellation fee is up to the sole discretion of Cafe Last and the manufacturer. Special order items typically take between 4-6 weeks to be manufactured or shipped unless otherwise stated. If a cancellation were to occur for a special-order before the product gets delivered, or during this 4-6 week period, a cancellation may not be accepted.
